1) There is no customer care. They do not even pick calls, nor do they answer our queries?

Whaaky customer support work between 10AM and 7PM. We ensure that all your calls get picked at this time. At times, we would be attending to other customers at the same time and therefore, calls might tend to get missed. But yes, you are very important to us. And you can straight away leave a mail at support@whaaky.com and you are sure to be responded within 6 working hours.

Whaaky strongly commits the following to the customer :

2) I placed an order 2 weeks back, iam still yet to get the product?
                                                                                                                                                                                          
Whaaky merchandise basically consist of combos involving 2 different unique products. This involves coordination with 2 different vendors who will supply the products to us. Any order that is placed will be dispatched in 8-10 business days. Any order > 10 business days will accompany with a free gift along with the order.

3) I got a message saying that the product is dispatched 2 weeks back, but am yet to get the product?

Your product is indeed dispatched 2 weeks back from Whaaky. Deliveries in Tier1 Cities generally takes 3 to 5 business days to get delivered. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities have a lesser pincode serviceability and generally takes around 8-10 business days. The Tier 4 cities are typically rural areas that involves extensive paperwork, manual coordination and takes around 2-3 weeks to get delivered.

4) I received your product but am not happy with the quality of the product?

Whaaky ensures to deliver  good quality, innovative products at competitive prices. The team is continuously on market research to bring exciting products to meet customers’ demands. There is no hiccups on the quality of any product that is sold on Whaaky. But there might be times, where due to logistic handling, the product might be broken / torn / received in a disheveled condition. In such cases, we go ahead to do a replacement of the product. You may send a mail across to support@whaaky.com or reach customer support and your concern is sure to be handled at ease.

5) None has delivered the product yet. I didn’t get any call from courier boy?

The courier guys call all the customers before delivering the product. There might be stray cases of customers not responding when they receive a call. In such cases, the consignment is put on hold.

6) How am I qualified for a replacement?

A replacement or a refund is possible only under the following circumstances:

  • Call / Mail by customer within 3 days of receipt of the product by customer.
  • Product is torn (Should revert within 3 days of the product)
  • Product is broken (Should revert within 3 days of the receipt of the product)
  • Product not working (Should revert within 3 days of the receipt of the product)
  • Size not sent to customer as per the order placed by customer (Should revert within 3 days of receipt of the product)
  • Size change as it is not fitting him (should revert within 3 days of receipt of the product)

Replacements / Refunds cannot be done under the following circumstances:
  • Complaint received after 3 days of receipt of product
  • Product not looking like what is shown in the website
  • Product not matching with customer’s expectation
  • Size change as it is not fitting him (If customer has reverted after 3 days)
